A short walk around the ground of Las Casita del Colca takes in some twenty four hectares. Wandering through the heart of the property you will pass by the trout pond, the chapel and the prickly pear orchard, before coming to our extensive vegetable garden and farm.
Our vegetable garden has a great selection of local of vegetables and herbs and is the perfect place to learn about the crops that have been cultivated in this region for hundreds of years, giving a real insight into the culture of the Colca valley.
Our gardeners are local experts when it comes to what we grow and are always happy share their knowledge and perhaps even help you pick up something special for dinner.
