Traditions of the Colca Canyon
Today, the Colca Canyon is a colourful Andean Valley where many ancestral traditions remain. Women in the towns often still wear traditional Inca clothing and are skilled in the intricate art of Colca embroidery.
Many traditional and vibrant festivals are still celebrated today, some lasting several days, these are a fantastic opportunity to see traditional dances and customs.
